Position Overview
The position of a Healthcare Architect is both dynamic and demanding, working on a myriad of national and international projects with a dedicated and professional team. The successful candidate will be integral to upholding high standards of design and delivering high-quality service to clients. The main responsibilities will be leadership of smaller projects and active involvement in larger projects of £50m+, demonstrating exceptional management and team coordination skills.
Responsibilities
Provide leadership and manage day-to-day operations of smaller projects
Increase positive engagement as a team member on larger projects
Demonstrate a sound understanding of Building Regulations, Health Building Notes, design standards and leading practice
Active participation in successful bids and business development
Contribute to all levels of healthcare design/planning, from 1:500 concept through to 1:50’s.
Requirements
Strong experience in healthcare architecture - design and planning
Working knowledge of Revit / BIM
Outstanding project management skills and experience with larger projects (£50m+)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Familiarity with updated Building Regulations, Health Building Notes, design standards and leading practice
Good track record of business development and successful bids
