Position Overview

As a freelance Architect, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality architectural packages at stage 4 for a multi-unit residential project.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with project teams to develop and deliver innovative architectural designs

• Produce detailed drawings, specifications, and documentation using Revit

• Liaise with clients, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met

• Contribute to the successful delivery of projects, adhering to timelines, budgets, and quality standards

• Assist in the coordination and management of projects from Stage 4 onwards

Requirements

• Professional architectural qualification (Experienced Part 2 or above)

• Proven experience working on residential packages

• Proficiency in Revit

• Strong design, technical, and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

• Commitment to delivering high-quality work within deadlines
