Responsibilities:

As a pivotal member of this design-led team, you'll:

• Lead the development of transformative architectural designs for residential projects, ensuring a social conscience is at the heart of every creation. Projects are at the earliest stages and as such you should be confident in managing and engaging in DTMs

• Engage with clients, contractors, and stakeholders, aligning visions to deliver exceptional results.

• Utilise research and insightful analysis to underpin designs with substance and compliance.

• Craft and articulate compelling design proposals, securing buy-in from clients and approval bodies.

• Oversee project lifecycles with finesse, managing timeframes, financials, and resources with utmost efficiency.

• Guide the construction phase with clarity, ensuring the realised vision remains uncompromised.

• Stay at the industry's forefront, integrating trends and design innovations seamlessly into your work.

• Enrich the company’s voice in architecture through insightful contributions to research and public discourse.

• Play an active role in perpetuating a collaborative, inclusive studio culture through shared knowledge and expertise.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a pertinent field.

• Over 5 years of professional experience within the architecture industry.

• Proficiency in Revit and other architectural design and drafting software.

• Eloquent communication and presentation competencies.

• Confidence working autonomously and as an integral team player.

• Passion for design excellence with a dedicated focus on sustainability.

• Well-versed in contemporary architectural practice and innovation.
