Position Overview
As an Experienced Architect, you will play a key role in preparing and developing drawings, models, images and other documents related to design and technical documentation across all RIBA stages. Your contributions will be instrumental in delivering high-quality, bespoke projects for the practice's esteemed clients.
Responsibilities
Prepare and develop drawings, models, images and other documents relating to design and technical documentation, covering all RIBA stages
Contribute to the design and delivery of high-specification residential and bespoke projects
Collaborate with the project team to ensure successful project outcomes
Liaise with clients, contractors and other stakeholders as required
Assist in the mentoring and development of junior team members
Requirements
Minimum of 2-4 years' post Part 3 practice experience working at all RIBA stages (especially stages 2, 3 & 4)
Strong design ability, including experience in detail/technical design and delivery
Excellent graphic skills and 3D design ability, proficient in InDesign, Photoshop, SketchUp (or similar) with appropriate rendering competencies
Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential; Revit knowledge is advantageous
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Confident, approachable and a strong team player
Comfortable and confident in both client-facing and contractor-facing roles
Likely to have worked in a small to medium-sized practice specialising in residential or other high-specification bespoke projects (e.g., hotel/heritage)
