The successful candidate will play a strategic role in the firm's growth, honing their tendering expertise to secure new opportunities.

  • Identify, evaluate and filter tender opportunities for compelling bids.

  • Conduct weekly review meetings to make informed go/no-go decisions.

  • Produce robust bid documents while managing input from internal and external consultants to meet critical deadlines.

  • Utilise exceptional English language skills for copy editing and coherent presentation of diverse texts.

  • Contribute aesthetically and strategically to bid presentation using advanced desktop publishing skills.

  • Maintain an organised bid library, ensuring resources are current and effective.


The ideal Bid Manager will exhibit:

  • Extensive bid coordination and management experience.

  • Proven track record in devising new business strategies in conjunction with senior leadership.

  • Proficiency in Adobe Suite, particularly InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.

  • Familiarity with the Architecture, Urban Design, Development and Construction sectors.

  • Professional qualifications in graphic design or marketing, or equivalent experience.

  • Strong organisational, time management, and team coordination abilities.
