Position Overview

As an Architect, you'll lead the design and delivery of projects across workplace heritage projects throughout London. This role offers genuine involvement across all project stages, from initial concept design through technical delivery to completion on site. You'll work closely with clients, consultants and contractors to ensure projects meet the highest standards while staying on programme and within budget. Your contribution will directly shape the quality and success of the practice's portfolio.


Responsibilities

  • Work on the design and delivery of projects across workplace, projects often set within the context of heritage

  • Produce detailed architectural drawings, technical specifications and planning applications

  • Collaborate with clients, consultants and contractors throughout project lifecycles

  • Conduct site visits and administer building contracts to maintain quality standards

  • Resolve on-site queries and technical challenges during construction phases

  • Contribute to the studio's collaborative culture and social value initiatives

  • Support internal equality, diversity and inclusion goals


Requirements

  • ARB registration or equivalent professional qualification

  • Proven post-qualification experience working in the UK architecture sector

  • Demonstrable experience delivering workplace projects

  • Strong technical design capabilities and understanding of UK building regulations

  • Proficiency in industry-standard design software

  • Creative approach to design with passion for creating distinctive spaces

  • Excellent communication skills and collaborative working style

  • Commitment to supporting studio culture and social value initiatives
