Position Overview

As an Architect, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality architectural solutions for prime residential and hospitality projects, with a particular focus on listed buildings and heritage sites. You will collaborate closely with the project team to develop designs, prepare planning applications, and ensure compliance with design intent throughout the construction process.


Responsibilities

  • Contribute to design development and technical detailing on projects, particularly involving listed buildings and heritage sites

  • Prepare planning applications and liaise with planning authorities in Central London and the Home Counties

  • Collaborate with the project team to deliver high-quality architectural solutions for prime residential and hospitality projects

  • Produce detailed drawings, specifications, and schedules in line with project requirements

  • Participate in site visits and inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with design intent


Requirements

  • RIBA/ARB qualified Architect with post-qualification experience

  • Proven experience in Prime Residential and/or Hospitality sectors

  • Strong understanding of Listed buildings and heritage projects

  • Collaborative team player with strong communication and client management skills
