With a team of highly skilled architects, interior designers, and development managers, they have established a reputation for delivering projects that seamlessly blend innovative design with functionality. The practice has recently expanded into developer projects, securing three such jobs in the past few months, showcasing their versatility and expertise in the field.


Position Overview

As a Newly Qualified Architect, you will play a crucial role in delivering innovative design solutions for our client's prestigious residential projects. Working closely with a skilled team of architects, interior designers, and development managers, you will be involved in various stages of the design process, from concept development to project execution. Your expertise and creativity will contribute to the practice's continued success and reputation for crafting exceptional residences.


Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with team members to design and develop innovative architectural solutions for high-end residential projects, including new builds and refurbishments

  • Prepare front-end design documents for pitch presentations, feasibility studies, and planning applications

  • Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide expert guidance throughout the design process

  • Coordinate with interior designers and development managers to ensure cohesive project execution

  • Work across RIBA Stages, primarily stages 2-5


Requirements

  • Newly Qualified Part 3 Architect

  • ARB registered or able to register

  • Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD and Revit

  • Strong teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a small office environment

  • A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and adaptability to evolving project requirements
