Position Overview

As an Architect, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality projects from Stage 3 onwards. Initially, you will focus on a significant 1600-unit residential development in North London, showcasing your expertise and contributing to the practice's portfolio of impressive projects.


Responsibilities

  • Work on a diverse range of projects, including multi-unit residential and life science/laboratory schemes

  • Collaborate with project teams to deliver projects from Stage 3 onwards

  • Contribute to the successful delivery of a 1600-unit residential development in North London

  • Utilise your skills in Revit and AutoCAD to produce high-quality designs and documentation

  • Communicate effectively with clients, consultants, and internal teams to ensure project success


Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Architect or Architectural Designer

  • Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD

  • Strong design skills and attention to detail

  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

  • Passion for delivering exceptional projects in the residential and life science sectors

Our client is a respected architecture practice known for their expertise in multi-unit residential projects, life science/laboratory schemes, and commercial new builds and refurbishments. With a team of 25 employees, including 2 project directors, 4 associates, and senior architects, they foster a professional yet laid-back atmosphere.
