Position Overview
As an Architect, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality projects from Stage 3 onwards. Initially, you will focus on a significant 1600-unit residential development in North London, showcasing your expertise and contributing to the practice's portfolio of impressive projects.
Responsibilities
Work on a diverse range of projects, including multi-unit residential and life science/laboratory schemes
Collaborate with project teams to deliver projects from Stage 3 onwards
Contribute to the successful delivery of a 1600-unit residential development in North London
Utilise your skills in Revit and AutoCAD to produce high-quality designs and documentation
Communicate effectively with clients, consultants, and internal teams to ensure project success
Requirements
Proven experience as an Architect or Architectural Designer
Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD
Strong design skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
Passion for delivering exceptional projects in the residential and life science sectors
