Position Overview
A Project Architect, you'll play a central role in delivering high-quality architectural projects from initial concept through to completion. You'll develop detailed designs and technical specifications, manage stakeholder coordination with contractors and clients, and contribute to problem-solving within a collaborative studio environment.
Your work will directly shape the built environment across residential, commercial and industrial projects, ensuring designs meet regulatory requirements whilst reflecting the practice's commitment to craft and innovation.
Responsibilities
Develop detailed architectural designs and plans that comply with building regulations and client requirements
Manage projects from concept through to completion, coordinating effectively with contractors and stakeholders
Contribute to design development and collaborative problem-solving within the studio environment
Prepare and present design proposals, technical reports and detailed specifications to clients
Conduct site visits and surveys to inform design decisions and monitor construction progress
Requirements
At least 2_+ years PQE and be an ARB registered Architect
Proven experience delivering residential, commercial or cultrual projects
Strong design and technical detailing skills with attention to quality and precision
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
Proficiency in relevant software including Revit
