Position Overview

As an Architect, you will play a crucial role in contributing to the design and delivery of projects within London's commercial and heritage fit-out market. You will have the opportunity to develop and present design proposals that seamlessly blend heritage and sustainability principles, working collaboratively with a diverse team on projects involving significant intervention and cut and carve to listed buildings in zones 1-2. Additionally, you will have the chance to share your knowledge and expertise with the wider architectural community through industry talks and events.


Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the design and delivery of projects within London's commercial and heritage fit-out market

  • Develop and present design proposals that integrate heritage and sustainability principles

  • Collaborate with a diverse team on projects involving significant intervention and cut and carve to listed buildings in zones 1-2

  • Participate in industry talks and events to share knowledge and contribute to the wider architectural community

  • Support the practice's commitment to quality management and environmental sustainability


Requirements

  • Architect (ARB Needed)

  • Experience working on commercial fit-out projects in London

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD 

  • Strong design and technical skills, with a portfolio demonstrating experience in commercial projects

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a proactive approach to professional development and knowledge sharing
