Position Overview
As an Architect, you will play a crucial role in contributing to the design and delivery of projects within London's commercial and heritage fit-out market. You will have the opportunity to develop and present design proposals that seamlessly blend heritage and sustainability principles, working collaboratively with a diverse team on projects involving significant intervention and cut and carve to listed buildings in zones 1-2. Additionally, you will have the chance to share your knowledge and expertise with the wider architectural community through industry talks and events.
Responsibilities
Contribute to the design and delivery of projects within London's commercial and heritage fit-out market
Develop and present design proposals that integrate heritage and sustainability principles
Collaborate with a diverse team on projects involving significant intervention and cut and carve to listed buildings in zones 1-2
Participate in industry talks and events to share knowledge and contribute to the wider architectural community
Support the practice's commitment to quality management and environmental sustainability
Requirements
Architect (ARB Needed)
Experience working on commercial fit-out projects in London
Proficiency in AutoCAD
Strong design and technical skills, with a portfolio demonstrating experience in commercial projects
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a proactive approach to professional development and knowledge sharing
