Position Overview
As a key member of the studio, you will contribute to a wide range of projects, from concept through to delivery. Your strong technical knowledge will ensure smooth project coordination and delivery. This role offers the chance to work closely with the Associate, mentor junior team members, and shape the studio's growth and direction.

Responsibilities
Deliver work across diverse projects, including commercial fit-out, residential schemes, F&B, recording studios, and healthcare
Support projects across RIBA stages, with a focus on stages 2-5
Produce technical drawing packages and assist with design coordination
Collaborate with the Associate, Part I Assistant, contractors, and consultants
Contribute to design discussions and project reviews
Potential to lead or co-lead small projects as experience grows
Requirements
Proficiency in Revit and rendering tools (e.g., Enscape)
Experience working across RIBA stages, especially stages 2-5
Ability to produce compelling visuals and presentations a plus
Comfortable with technical drawing packages and project coordination
Flexibility to work across different offices or remotely
Collaborative and proactive attitude
Right to work in the UK
