Position Overview
As an Architect, you will play a key role in contributing to the design and delivery of innovative projects, with a particular focus on significant interventions and cut and carve work on listed and heritage buildings in London's zones 1-2. You will collaborate closely with the studio's team of architects and designers to develop sustainable, distinctive, and memorable spaces that accommodate the evolving ways in which we live and work.
Responsibilities
Contribute to the design and delivery of projects across various sectors, including commercial, residential, and hospitality
Work on projects involving significant intervention and cut and carve of listed and heritage buildings in zones 1-2
Collaborate with the team to develop innovative and sustainable design solutions
Participate in industry talks and events to share knowledge and contribute to the wider architectural community
Contribute to all stages of the design process, from concept to completion, ensuring high-quality service and exemplary work
Requirements
Architect with 1-3 years of post-Part 3 experience
Experience working on listed buildings and heritage projects, primarily in commercial fit-out in Zones 1-2 of London
Proficiency in Revit is a must
Strong design and technical skills with a focus on retrofit and sustainable design principles
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a proactive approach to professional development and knowledge sharing
