Position Overview
As an Architect, you will play a crucial role in designing and delivering innovative commercial projects from concept to completion. You will collaborate closely with clients, consultants, and the internal team to ensure project requirements are met while championing sustainable and inclusive design practices. This position offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on the studio's creative output and contribute to its culture of diversity and knowledge sharing.
Responsibilities
Design and develop innovative architectural concepts for commercial projects
Collaborate with clients, consultants, and the internal team to ensure project requirements are met
Lead and manage projects from concept design through to construction completion
Contribute to the studio's culture of diversity and knowledge sharing through active participation in industry talks and events
Champion sustainable and inclusive design practices in all projects
Requirements
At least 2 years of post-Part 3 experience
Commercial fit-out experience across stages 0-6
Strong technical skills in AutoCAD
Proven track record in delivering high-quality commercial projects
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a close-knit team and engage with diverse clients and stakeholders
