Position Overview
As an Architect, you will play a crucial role in designing and developing architectural plans and drawings for our client's bespoke residential projects. You will collaborate closely with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met and delivered to the highest standards.
Responsibilities
Design and develop architectural plans for high-end residential projects
Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to meet project requirements
Conduct site visits to ensure construction aligns with design specifications
Stay updated with industry trends and regulations to provide innovative solutions
Contribute to a supportive team environment and foster continuous learning
Requirements
Proven experience as an Architect, with 5+ years in high-end residential projects
Excellent technical skills in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
Strong project management skills, able to handle multiple projects simultaneously
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration
Passion for design and keen eye for detail, producing high-quality work under pressure

With a team of 7 dedicated professionals, they work on super prime projects valued between £2-10m, primarily in prestigious London neighbourhoods such as Kensington, Knightsbridge, and Chelsea.
