As an Architect within this dynamic practice, you will play a crucial role in the design and development of architectural projects across various sectors. Responsibilities

• Develop innovative design solutions for a diverse range of architectural projects, initially focusing on student accommodation, with the opportunity to work across residential, community, and leisure sectors.

• Prepare and present compelling design proposals, technical drawings, and specifications that adhere to client requirements and planning policies

• Collaborate effectively with internal teams and external consultants to ensure seamless project delivery and exceptional client service

• Ensure projects comply with relevant building regulations and planning policies while pushing the boundaries of contemporary architecture

• Contribute to the continuous development of sustainable and innovative design approaches that align with the practice's commitment to progress and creativity

Requirements

• ARB-registered Architect (or equivalent) with a proven track record of delivering UK-based architectural projects across various sectors

• Strong portfolio showcasing innovative, well-resolved, and contemporary architectural designs

• Proficiency in relevant software, including in Revit a must

• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment

• Passion for contemporary architecture and a commitment to pushing the boundaries of design while maintaining functionality and coherence
