Join an internationally acclaimed architecture practice in Edgware, seeking an Architect to play a key role on diverse and dynamic projects. Position Overview:

The successful candidate will thrive in a cosmopolitan team environment, working on a range of projects from upscale residential towers to intricate mixed-use developments. The role encompasses leading design efforts, coordinating technical packages, and liaising with clients and stakeholders. You'll contribute to shaping both the London skyline and international landscapes, representing the next generation of this practice's storied legacy.


Responsibilities:

  • Lead design teams through planning and detailed design stages for a range of projects.

  • Coordinate production of technical architectural packages with precision and skill.

  • Manage planning applications for consequential medium to large scale projects.

  • Provide guidance and oversight to junior staff, nurturing their professional growth.

  • Produce exemplary 2D and 3D models and technical drawings.

  • Communicate effectively in client meetings and coordination workshops, upholding the practice's sterling reputation.


Requirements:

  • ARB registration or an equivalent international qualification.

  • Demonstrable post-qualification experience of 2-5 years.

  • Proven track record on residential development projects within London, highly regarded.

  • In-depth knowledge of UK Building Regulations.

  • Eloquence in communication and robust presentation abilities.

  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, MS Office, and notably strong Revit skills.

  • Additional experience with AutoCAD is advantageous.
